camp was gorgeous. it was really toughacious in the first bit, cuz we had crippy warmups and then a 3.freaking2 km run, crosscountry-style. me and elaine, who are just about the same height! and feet size too! we ran together and just kept going and guess what? there's no run tomorrow! yippee! *dances around in mad glee*


well i would if it wasn't for the beautiful bruise circling delicately around my upper calf. its interesting, its green, really, and to say it hurts would be a bit of a lie, since its only tender and nobody is gonna be yanking me around around the upper calf for now anyway. *laughs*


so then we had slide-viewing and me and elaine had to slide to view past Big Bird and Andy to get to see the damn thing! wouldn't you know it, the 2 tallest guys would sit in front of 2 ubremely petite girls! then had a demo and me and E tried not to spazz. *shrugs*


then GAMES!!! we had waterballoons, and GUESS who had to be IT? i'm the newest IT girl, waterballoon style anyway. due to nimble feet and a lot of running and hiding under leaves, and ouchy balloons bouncing off my hot skin, i managed to stay so much drier than the Senior's IT, Verleen the Prez! then she took revenge by drenching me in icy water, which was really shuang cos it was really burning out there.


our captain's ball team won! we rock! and i scored one goal and i feel great. even though my head hurts a bit and my muscles ache but i'm having such a good time! who knew being alone could be so much fun?
